Emergency Compliance Services are able to undertake a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all of your workplace emergency response (WER) training requirements.
Using a risk management approach, ECS will identify any gaps in the training of your Emergency Control Organisation members as well as the other occupants within your business, ensuring that all workers are properly trained to implement and follow the emergency procedures held within the facility’s Emergency Plan.
ECS will then provide a 12 month WER training schedule, for all workers, that meets the training requirements identified within WHS legislation, AS3745 and other industry relevant documentation.
