First Attack Firefighting Training

This course is designed to provide suitable and adequate information, training and instruction to identified occupants to safely and correctly use the installed first attack firefighting equipment within a facility including fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets in the event of an emergency.

Course Duration: Up to 2 Hours
Participant Numbers: Max. 20 Persons

  • Identifying, reporting and correcting unsafe conditions

  • Selecting the correct first-attack equipment
  • Safe operating procedures for first attack equipment
  • Determining if it is safe and appropriate to use first-attack equipment
  • Procedures to be followed after first attack equipment has been used
  • Post evacuation activities
